The Results of Life Primes in Bruxelles

“Preventing Flooding Risks By Making Resilient Communities” is the title of the conference that will be held next October 15 at the offices of the EU Delegations in Brussels, dedicated to the results of the Life Primes project. More in detail will be illustrated the actions taken to grow resilient communities, able to participate actively in risk prevention policies and develop harmonized procedures also at interregional level, within a better coordinated and organized civil protection system.
The conference will also present the last EU development related to the environment and prevention policies and related resources.
The introductory greetings of the Chair Laura Giappichelli, of EASME and of Lorenza Badiello of the Emilia-Romagna Region, will follow the following interventions:
The Life Program for climate and adaptation – Angelo Salsi, EASME;
EU policies for adaptation – Elena Višnar Malinovská, European Commission;
The PRIMES Project – Sandro Nanni, ARPAE;
CAAP: Civic Adaptation Plans – Marco Cardinaletti, Eurocube;
Italian policy for risk prevention – Carlo Cacciamani, National Department for Civil Protection;
EU policies for prevention – Karolina Kalinowska, European Commission;
At the end of the debate, the theatrical show on climate change will be represented Adele’s daisy.
